What is Ditropan?
Ditropan is extended-release form of the drug that used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder and to decrease the urgency and frequency of urination; it works by relaxing the bladder smooth muscle and helps to decrease the spasm, and consequently this delays the initial desire and the urge to urinate.
Ditropan can be also prescribed for children over 6 years of age who are suffering from urinary urge. Also Ditropan may be prescribed for other conditions that are not listed here.
